About the Role

Guide students through personalised 1-on-1 learning journeys as a certified Sapience Companion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1-on-1 academic sessions for students (Grade 5–12)
• Track student progress and communicate updates to parents
• Follow Sapience's structured curriculum and learning plans
• Participate in weekly Companion team check-ins

What We're Looking For

• Graduation or above (any stream)
• Passion for teaching and working with students
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Malayalam
• Ability to commit to a regular session schedule
